It Was Time For a Change

I looked in the mirror this morning and thought I was in desperate need of a change. I hate to do anything drastic with my hair but I always do the same old thing. Longish, either grazing or below the shoulders and all one length. B-O-R-I-N-G! So, I booked an appointment at my salon and chopped off some inches. I got a graduated bob - shorter in the back and longer in front - with some layers for added fullness. I tried to get some good angles to share with all of you:

Don't mind the eyebrows - those caterpillars are getting waxed tomorrow. But what do you think? It may not seem all that drastic of a change, but trust me, it is the shortest I've ever had my hair. I need your input. Be honest!

I like your hair. Looks great! Hopefully it will be easier to maintain now that it is shorter too :)

Your hair looks awesome! The great thing is that you have really healthy hair, so you'll look fabulous in any style. Your cut is definitely chic, classy and edgy - looks fantastic!

Very sassy! I like it!

I wish I were as brave as you. I always go the salon thinking, 'I am going to be daring'- then I panic and get the same haircut I always do. (sigh)

I did this last year! It looks a lot better on you then it did on me. I spent the past year growing it out and it's finally at a decent length now. I'm debating a hair change also, a side-swept bang. But I'm skeeeered. We will see what happens on Tuesday.

Oh, thanks for checking out my blog!

Love the haircut.

Insanely jealous of women with straight hair who can have those sorts of cuts (as always).

I tried it once....shudder.

I LOVE IT :) it looks gorgeous! i'm in serious need of eyebrow waxing. i just think it's painful, so i avoid it.

I just got my hair cut in a similar style (shorter in the back than the front). It felt a little weird at first, but that style also makes it easy to pull back.

I love it!

I could never do this, because a. my neck is like, two inches long, and b. my naturally curly hair would become an afro.

Looks great on you!

I LOVE the hair!!! I used to wear a cut similar to that and my whole family has been nagging me to go back. Seeing how wonderful it looks on you, I might just have to copy you!

Beautiful!

And kudos to having the kahunas to do something different!
